Snowflake World Tour Auckland needed a local delivery team capable of turning an international event brief into a polished, high-functioning environment on the ground.

Working with AAM Events, we produced and delivered the major activation elements in Auckland, bringing together custom-built hubs, reception areas, demo stations, digital content and branded environments across the event floor.

Built Around Technology and Conversation

This was a tech event designed for interaction. Demo environments gave partners space to present products and content, while screens, AV and dedicated discussion points supported the conversations happening around them.

The result was an environment that felt active without becoming chaotic. Clear zones, strong branding and open engagement areas allowed attendees to move naturally between demonstrations, partner conversations and content.

Local Production for a Global Tech Brand

Much of the physical environment was produced by our Auckland team, including timber-built hubs, reception elements and fabricated demo stations, with integrated AV, LED lighting and large-format graphics completing the experience.

For technology activations, the details need to work as hard as the design. Screens need to sit naturally within the environment, demo stations need to function under pressure and every branded touchpoint needs to hold together across a busy event day.

One-Day Installation, Carefully Planned

A build of this scale came together within a tight one-day installation window. Production, freight, AV coordination and onsite sequencing were planned well ahead of arrival so each component could move into place efficiently.

That planning is critical for global tours and technology conferences, where international teams need a New Zealand partner who can take ownership of the local detail and deliver without adding complexity.

More Than the Expo Floor

The wider environment also included a dedicated theatrette for presentations and content, helping connect the exhibition experience with the conference programme.

Sustainability was considered throughout the project, including natural material choices and water-based print production, alongside our ongoing support of Trees That Count.
