send us your brief
Start with the right information.
A clear brief helps us respond with the right thinking, the right build method and a realistic pathway for design, pricing and delivery.
Whether you need an exhibition stand, brand activation, retail display, pop-up environment or custom branded build, the best starting point is a simple project brief.
You do not need to have everything resolved. Send us what you know, including the event, timeframe, space, goals, budget range and any visual references. You can also use the brief builder further down the page to create a simple project summary.
The essentials we need first.
A brief does not need to be overcomplicated. The goal is to give us enough information to understand the opportunity, the constraints and the level of response required.
- Event or location: Event name, venue, city and event dates.
- Space details: Stand size, floor plan, wall positions, open sides, height limits and any organiser rules.
- Project type: Exhibition stand, activation, retail display, pop-up, product launch, roadshow or branded environment.
- Objectives: What the space needs to achieve, such as lead generation, product display, meetings, sampling, education or brand awareness.
- Brand assets: Logo, brand guidelines, campaign look, key messages, colours and any creative direction.
- References: Images, renders, sketches, moodboards or examples of what you like or do not like.
- Practical needs: Screens, counters, storage, shelving, lighting, flooring, furniture, power, AV or product display requirements.
Help us understand the build.
The more clearly we understand the environment, the better we can recommend a suitable build method, whether that is custom, modular, rental, reusable or a hybrid solution.
Be clear about the commercial frame.
Budget and timing are not admin details. They shape the design response, build method, level of finish, supplier choices and production pathway.
- Budget range: Share the target or approved budget range where possible. This lets us recommend the right solution rather than guessing.
- Decision deadline: Let us know when the project needs to be approved to proceed.
- Artwork deadline: Confirm when final artwork, brand assets and content can be supplied.
- Install date: Provide the pack-in date, event opening date and pack-out window.
- Lead time: More time allows for stronger design development, better sourcing, pre-build checks and cleaner production.
- Compressed programmes: Urgent projects may still be possible, but options can narrow and additional costs may apply.
