Bringing the Event Together

Salesforce Summit Auckland 2026 brought together technology, innovation and conversation across a series of branded environments at the New Zealand International Convention Centre.

Working alongside our agency partner, we supported the physical production and delivery of the event, from welcome and registration areas through to demo stations, presentation spaces and supporting infrastructure.

Each area had its own purpose, with a consistent brand presence connecting the event from arrival through to the main conference programme.

From Arrival to Engagement

First impressions started at registration, with branded welcome features and custom counters setting the tone.

Across the event floor, integrated screens, illuminated demo stations and dedicated engagement areas provided space for product demonstrations, digital content and conversations.

Natural timber finishes, bold Salesforce graphics and considered signage brought warmth and personality to the technology-focused setting.

Beyond the Main Event Floor

The scope extended into the Campground Theatre and keynote environments, alongside help desks, presentation backdrops, partner displays and supporting wayfinding.

These elements might serve different purposes, but together they help the event work. From finding the next session to settling in for a presentation, the physical environment plays an important role in how attendees move through and engage with the programme.
