A Global Tech Experience, Delivered Locally

This Auckland activation formed part of a wider global technology tour, with the local event environment tailored to match the brief, the venue and the expectations of a senior corporate audience.

Expocrafters delivered the full local event build at JW Marriott Auckland, creating a clean, structured and highly branded environment that supported registration, product storytelling, demo-led engagement and live content delivery.

Architectural Event Design for a Premium Venue

The space was planned with an architectural approach, using height, rhythm, feature lighting and defined zones to turn a hotel event space into a polished corporate brand activation. Tall branded towers created visibility and structure, while the demo stations, screens and plinths supported interaction without crowding the room.

Rather than treating the space like a standard conference setup, the activation was carefully layered into the venue. Raised flooring, carpet, display stations, branded towers and feature lighting created a defined event environment that felt sharp, intentional and aligned with the wider global rollout.

Built Around Demo Stations and Product Engagement

Tailored to the Brief and the Global Tour Standard

This was a tailored event display build, produced to align with the global tour direction while being adapted for the local venue, install window and audience experience. Every major element was planned for fast, accurate delivery without compromising the finish.

All delivery was managed in-house by Expocrafters, including fabrication, print, logistics, flooring, screen coordination, lighting, furniture placement, installation and final detailing.
