Expocrafters delivered a complete custom conference stand for Esri and Eagle Technology at ANZ Digital Twin 2026, hosted at InterContinental Wellington.
With the client based overseas, the brief called for a reliable local delivery partner who could manage the details without adding complexity. We produced and prepared the stand in Auckland, transported it to Wellington, installed it on site, then returned for dismantle and collection after the event.
The result was a clean, professional conference environment that gave the Esri and Eagle Technology team a strong presence without overbuilding the space.
Built Around Digital Content and Conversation
For a technology-led conference, the stand needed to do more than look polished. It had to support clear messaging, digital content, relaxed conversations and easy engagement with attendees.
Large-format graphics created a strong visual backdrop for Esri’s ArcGIS and digital twin messaging, while integrated screens helped bring content into the space. The layout included casual seating, high stools, a branded counter and open discussion points, giving the team flexibility across meetings, demonstrations and informal conversations.

Every visible element was supplied and coordinated by Expocrafters, including the printed wall graphics, flooring, display structure, screens, counter, stools, tables, chairs and freight.
Conference stands often have tight install windows, limited access and little room for error. This is where planning matters. We managed the build around venue requirements, pack-in timing, transport, installation and final presentation so the stand was ready on time and easy for the client to use.

The stand was designed to sit comfortably within the hotel setting while still giving Esri and Eagle Technology a clear visual presence. The full graphic wall, integrated screens and simple furniture layout created a calm, purposeful space that suited the conference environment.
It was not about adding unnecessary structure. It was about creating the right setting for the brand, the audience and the conversations happening on the day.
Responsible Delivery
Where practical, we use reusable stand components, hire furniture and efficient production methods to reduce waste across conference and event builds. Fuel and project-related materials can also be carbon offset through Trees That Count, supporting native reforestation in New Zealand.
