For GWM New Zealand, Fieldays 2025 was more than just an opportunity for visibility — it was about creating a connection. In a space filled with sensory overload, we took a different approach: one that felt purposeful, premium, and welcoming. The aim was clear: design an exhibition stand that subtly highlighted GWM’s brand, sparking conversation and engagement without relying on heavy-handed sales tactics.

  • Exterior LED Lightboxes: Framed the entrance, glowing into the evening to reinforce GWM branding.
  • Timber Feature Plinths: Added tactile, architectural elements to anchor product highlights.
  • Suspended Round Banner: Elevated branding visibility without cluttering the space.
  • Raised Flooring & Turf Zones: Defined areas for product displays while ensuring seamless flow with the Fieldays environment.
  • Digital Integration: A large LED screen wall conveyed dynamic messaging to captivate visitors.
  • Seating & Lounge Areas: Relaxed, open spaces for one-on-one engagement and meaningful conversations.
  • Branded Floor Accessories: Flags, matting, and landscape elements brought a cohesive, polished finish.
